At Therabody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
